Easy Vegan Recipes for Weight Loss
Oil-Free and Sugar-Free Peanut Dates Balls
These energy balls are,

Ingredients:
- Roasted Peanuts - One cup (or 150 gms)
- Soft Medjool Dates - One cup (or 200 gms)
- Raw Cacao Powder - One and a half tablespoons (Tbsp)
- Cardamoms - Six
Procedure :
- Add six Cardamoms into the stone grinder. Crush the Cardamoms so that you can peel off their skin and remove the seeds easily.
- Add one cup ( 150 grams) of roasted peanuts into the grinding jar. Add peeled cardamoms seeds to it.
- Coarsely grind the roasted peanuts and cardamoms seeds into the grinder.
- After pulsing the peanuts three times in the grinder, put them in a separate bowl.
- Take one cup ( 200 grams) of Medjool dates. Take out the seed of each Medjool date and cut them into two parts. In this way place all the dates into a cup.
- Add these sliced dates into the grinder. Add one and a half tablespoons of raw Cacao powder. If you do not have Cacao powder then you can opt for Cocoa powder in unsweetened form.
- Add about two tablespoons of coarsely ground peanuts to the same grinder.
- Blend all of this mixture into the thin paste by pulsing the grinder for 1 to 2 minutes. You can check that the dates are well blended in the mixture by opening the grinder lid.
- Now add this blended date mixture into the bowl where you have kept coarsely ground peanuts earlier. Mix this date and peanut mixture well with your hand to get good mixture consistency.
- Mix this mixture well enough for about 3 to 4 minutes until you can combine it like a dough.
- Take lemon size dough from the big mixture. Roll and press it with your hands till it forms the round shape of the ball.
Vegan Protein-Rich Dry Fruits Energy Balls

Ingredients:
- Grated Coconut - Half cup
- Cashew Nuts - One fourth cup
- Almonds - One fourth cup
- Cinnamon Powder - One teaspoon
- Medjool Dates (seed removed) - One cup
- Take half a cup of fresh Grated Coconut into the frying pan and lightly roast it. When coconut becomes light brown in color, take it out into a plate.
- Clean off the coconut residue with tissue paper from the frying pan.
- Add about one-fourth cup of Cashew nuts into the frying pan and lightly roast them. Take out once they are roasted lightly into the plate.
- Then add about one-fourth cup of Almonds into the frying pan and lightly roast them. Take out when they are about to crack into the plate.
- Add all these roasted dry fruits and coconut mixture into the blending jar. Also, add one teaspoon(TSP) Cinnamon powder. Then pulse the grinder 2 to 3 times.
- Now add one cup of seed removed soft Medjool Dates in a coarsely ground mixture.
- Pulse this mixture 2 to 3 times and stop the grinder to shake the jar in between with hands. Repeat this whole process of pulsing and shaking in-between 2 to 3 times till the mixture is coarsely ground. You can feel the same by touching it with your hands.
- Transfer the whole mixture to the plate. Roll the mixture in lemon size smooth and softball with your hand. You can make 15 to 16 balls out of the whole mixture.
