Vegan Breakfast to Lose Weight
Our Peanut butter chocolate smoothie and Groundnut smoothie are the most suitable drink form of vegan drink because,
- This is dairy-free and pure vegan.
- It has no milk, no curd, and no yogurt.
- It is fulfilling and nutrient-rich.
- It helps to keep the stomach packed for a longer time and assists well in weight loss.
- It is healthy food for weight management.
- It is made from all the easily available ingredients.
Procedure :
- Add 1 cup of water into a blending jar. Add 1 tablespoon(TBSP) of Peanut butter into it.
- Add 1 TBSP of raw Cacao powder to it.
- Add 1 TBSP of Chia seeds.
- Add one-fourth tea-spoon(TSP) Cinnamon powder.
- Add already soaked five Cashew nuts in it. You have to soak these Cashew nuts in simple water for almost 15 minutes.
- Add one soft Medjool dates to increase some sweetness. You can add more than one dates to increase the sweetness.
- Add sliced pieces of one ripe Banana in it as it would be having good sweetness.
- Blend all of these contents you added until now nicely at full speed in the blender. The mixture will be properly combined and uniformly distributed.
Also, healthy fats in the peanuts help in fat-soluble vitamins and minerals adsorption quickly in the body.
As we have used raw Cacao powder in the above recipe so the obvious question is - Are Cacao or Cocoa powder the same or different?
Note:
Cacao & Cocoa - Differentiation
Cacao and Cocoa powder look similar. But processing temperature differentiates them.
- Cacao and Cocoa are made from cacao plant beans.
- These beans are fermented so that it develops proper flavor at harvest.
- For making the Cacao powder, these fermented beans without roasting are processed at low temperatures.
- But to make Cocoa powder, the fermented beans are roasted and processed at higher temperatures.
- These beans are then milled to form Cacao and Cocoa powder.
- Cacao powder has a bitter taste but is nutrient-rich. Cocoa powder has a less bitter taste, darker color due to added sugar but less nutrient content.

Procedure :
- Take a handful of raw organic Groundnuts in the bowl. Add some water and allow the Groundnuts to soak overnight. When checked the next morning Groundnuts are soaked well.
- Throw away the water and add soaked Groundnuts into the blender jar. Add one cup of water.
- Add half a teaspoon (TSP) of Cinnamon powder.
- Add 1 table-spoon(TBSP) of Chia seeds.
- For sweetness, add one soft Medjool date. The number of dates can be changed to suit your requirement, so you can add or decrease the dates quantity.
- Add one whole ripe organic Banana in the form of sliced pieces.
- Now blend all of these contents at higher speeds so that they should be mixed well.
You can also put raw Cacao nibs { benefits are discussed as above}or Chia seeds or any chopped nuts as per your choice.
